To connect to your server via SFTP, you'll first need to generate an SFTP password.

  1. Go to https://mindrixhosting.com/account/profile.
  2. Under SFTP Access, click Generate.
  3. Enter your account password when prompted.
  4. Your new SFTP password will be displayed — you’ll only see it once, so make sure to save it securely.

If you lose your SFTP password, simply return to the same page and generate a new one.
